Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to discuss the model for the development of gnostic skills of young pedagogues with the use of distance technologies in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. Methods of research used: analysis of scientific literature, synthesis, generalisation, comparison, theoretical and structural modeling for clarification and definition of the conceptual apparatus. We conclude that at each of the conditionally selected stages young educators form gnostic skills, taking into account the complications and intellectual enrichment of its content: from the perception of theoretical material to the application of creative abilities in the process of practical training. This article is intended to outline the possibilities and advantages of using distance learning tools to increase the effectiveness of the development of gnostic skills of young pedagogues, which corresponds to the development of education in the aspect of supporting modern methodologically weighed information technologies. At this stage active development of young teachers of creative thinking in the course of self-education activity − self-development, self-improvement, which are self-deterministic entities, was provided. As scientific researches show, creative pedagogical thinking leads to the formation of a teacher's internal motivation of behaviour and activity, which is (in contrast to external motivation) self-determinant entity. It is determined that the distance-based phase requires more focused actions, both from the teaching staff and those who study. Therefore, with the prospect of our research, we see the active involvement of course attenders in structuring, contenting and defining of main aspects: providing materials, their presentation, psychological and pedagogical approaches to the formation of distance courses for the maximum realisation of the proposed methodology for the formation of gnostic skills of young pedagogues.

Запропоновано поетапну методику формування гностичних умінь молодих педагогів з урахуванням ускладнень та інтелектуального збагачення її змісту: від сприйняття теоретичного матеріалу до застосування творчих здібностей у процесі практичної підготовки. Визначено можливості та принципи формування гностичних умінь молодих педагогів на етапах аудиторної та самостійної роботи за підтримки різноманітних форм навчання.
