Abstract

Considered the influence of partially regular microrelief on the operational properties of surfaces operating under sliding friction conditions. One of the promising methods of applying a partially regular microrelief is multi-contact vibration shock treatment. The features of applying a partially regular microrelief on the surface of parts of different shapes with a multicontact vibrating impact tool are considered. Dependencies are proposed for determining the relative area occupied by regular irregularities, as well as processing modes for applying a partially regular microrelief on a cylindrical and flat surface.
