Abstract

Environment has an important impact on food production. In past years, environmental pollution has brought great threat to food safety. The paper analyze the issues of food safety management in perspective of environmental sustainability. The study developed a framework of regulation for producing safe food while achieving environmental suitability. Firstly, accurate environmental monitoring network should be established; secondly, certain policy should be taken in order to achieve food safety and environmental suitability, which including environmental policy and industrial policy.
