Abstract

Chronic cutaneous graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is generally classified into 2 major clinical categories, lichenoid and esclerodermoid. A follicular eruption as major clinical manifestation of GVHD is very rare. We report a patient who underwent an allogeneic stem-cell transplantation and developed an extensive erythematous-to-violaceous lichenoid papular eruption, predominantly follicular, on day +120. After 4 years of follow-up, the patient is doing well.
