Abstract
In this paper, we introduce the notion of $(\alpha, \psi, \xi)$-contractive multi-valued mappings for a pair of mappings and prove existence of fixed points for $(\alpha, \psi, \xi)$-contractive compatible hybrid pair as well as for a pair of self mappings. We also construct an example to support our result. Our result is genuine generalization of recent results of Ali et al. for $(\alpha, \psi, \xi)$-contractive multi-valued mappings.
