Abstract
Abstract. We report two species of hairstreak butterflies (Lepidoptera: Lycaenidae: Theclinae) collected in Guatemala. Atlides gaumeri (Godman 1901) was recorded for the first time in the country, and Chalybs hassan (Stoll 1790) has been rediscovered for the first time since the late 1800s or early 1900s.
