Abstract

In the chapter are recollected the knowledge structured up to this point: organizations are called to a responsible and generative sharing of value, with the possibility to act on different dimensions: social and organizational citizenship, value for employability, value for digital citizenship, and value for innovation. Creating value at these levels means responding to the needs introduced by the digital transformation, particularly related to the demand for new skills and a new culture of work enabling the 4.0 world. Educational robotics is a privileged means to act in this direction: educational robotic initiatives can be understood as a way of creating shared social value for participants, more specifically related to four areas of value: skills creation, value for new citizenship, empowerment, inspiring and orienteering for working. The Comau e.DO Experience Project also wants to intercept a need to return value to the companies involved and to the territory to which they belong.
