Abstract
目的 研究有机锡化合物急性中毒的临床特点与治疗方法.方法回顾性分析51例有机锡化合物急性中毒患者的临床表现和治疗措施.结果51例有机锡化合物急性中毒患者的主要症状是头晕(33人)、头痛(18人)、疲乏(34人)、失眠(7人)、记忆减退(11人),恶心、呕吐(7人)等;主要体征是心率减慢(26人),腹壁反射轻度减弱(12人)等;辅助检查示所有患者均出现低血钾,46人伴低血钙,44人伴心电图异常.结论有机锡化合物急性中毒以神经精神症状和低血钾症为临床的主要表现;治疗原则以对症、支持治疗为主。
