Abstract
Applying a new decoupling scheme we derive SK and Parisi solutions for Ising and quantum Heisenberg spin glass models with Grassmann representations of spins. For a metallic spin glass model we find a linear decrease of the spin glass critical temperature with the elastic scattering time of electrons.
