Abstract

Selective Wetting/Dewetting for Patterning In article number 2100608, Chang Liang, Wenming Su, and co-workers describe a facile method to fabricate high resolution silver nanowires (AgNWs) electrode by combining femtosecond laser patterning and oxygen plasma treatment. The resulting wetting/dewetting pattern allows selective trapping of AgNWs solution into the hydrophilic regions. The minimum width of the AgNWs electrode can be reduced to 50 μm by improving the laser cutting accuracy of mask.
