Abstract

Objective To detect HBV-DNA levels in serum and latex in parturient of hepatitis B virus carrier, explore postpartum feed way. Methods To detect HBV immune-markers, HBV-DNA levels in serum and latex of 207 parturient who were HBsAg-positive. Analyze the correlation of HBV-DNA concentration grade and HBV-DNA positive rate. Results Latex HBV-DNA positive rate was 9.6% in parturient with HbsAg+, eAg+ and cAb+; Latex HBV-DNA positive rate was 2.43% with HbsAg+, eAb+ and cAb+, the difference of them had no statistical significance(P<0.05). Latex HBV-DNA positive rate was 12.5% in parturient with serum HBV-DNA≥106copies/ml; Latex HBV-DNA rate was negative in parturient with serum HBV-DNA<106copies/ml.Conclusions There are more quantities of latex HBV in parturient with HbsAg+, eAg+ and cAb+ than with HbsAg+, eAb+ and cAb+ . There are more quantities of latex HBV in parturient with higher quantities of antepartum serum HBV; there are no HBV in latex in parturient with serum HBV-DNA<106copies/ml. By scientific intervention, parturient can give breast feeding. Parturient with high serum HBV should provide artificial feeding. Key words: Hepatitis B virus; Feeding way; Nursing intervention
