A large amount of medical image data about patients can be shared and applied to build a medical image AI system, which is conducive to rapid and accurate diagnosis and treatment of diseases. However, privacy leakage and data heterogeneity problems in the data-sharing process pose challenges to model construction. To address the above problems, a model construction method with privacy protection under cloud edge architecture is proposed. First, the edge server model is partitioned into two parts during the training process, the output representation of the first part of the model is fitted by generative adversarial network, and then the model parameters with the latter part are uploaded to the central cloud server after differential privacy processing to aggregate and generate the global model and send it down. The experimental analysis of the proposed scheme can realize medical data sharing while protecting the privacy of medical data.

A Blockchain-Based Scheme for Secure Sharing of X-Ray Medical Images

This paper proposes a secure sharing and trading scheme of X-Ray medical image data based on block chain, as it can be used for further scientific research processing. The specific representation includes the following steps: i. The original X-Ray data of medical instruments are transmitted to the cloud platform through the MQTT protocol; ii. The patient information (name, medical card number, etc.) of the image data is encrypted by hashing algorithm to protect privacy; iii. Applying a watermark to the image data; iv. Generating blocks through the consensus mechanism of block chain. The scheme proposed in this paper overcomes the security challenges faced by the traditional cloud-based image data management solution: user privacy disclosure, illegal tampering, and the risk of data being stolen and sold, and realizes a secure transaction system connecting users with data needs, which makes the huge image data on clinical medicine have higher scientific research value.

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) has laid down several ethical and legal obligations on healthcare providers to preserve the privacy and confidentiality of patient information. Digitization in healthcare has been of great help to the medical fraternity and the patients; however, digital-based services in healthcare have also widened the spectrum of vulnerabilities. In this article, we propose a blockchain-based system to trace the data collection, storing, and sharing process for medical records. We present an Architecture of Medical Records Data Accountability and Compliance (MRDACE) which is a decentralized permissioned data sharing platform. The Medical Images and Information of a patient will be under the sole ownership of the patient. Logs of any access made to the Medical Images and Information of a patient will be maintained and cannot be modified, leading to a transparent traceability mechanism. This architecture utilizes the Proof-of-Authority consensus algorithm and further introduces a new automated incentive function to decide upon the access rights of the data requestors. In comparison to the existing state-of-art solutions, it performs with 56.71% less gas since the automated function introduced removes the need for the patient consent to share the health records with the data requestors.

The introduction of patient’s electronic health care records results in a danger to their protection as resentful exercises would make genuine mischief the individuals who have legitimately or in a round about way identified with their information. Current methodologies to feasibly supervise and guarantee electronic health care records have been ended up being lacking. In our thesis, we propose the electronic healthcare record share which tends to the issue in sharing the medicinal information among the restorative huge information caretakers in a trustless condition. The framework is based on enigma and gives information surveying, scalability, decentralization and access control for shared electronic healthcare records in cloud archives among enormous information. Among information advances and sharing from one substance to the next, it invigilates the activities performed on the framework. The structure utilizes secret contracts and access control system to follow the conduct of the information and deny access to offending substances on the identification of infringement of authorizations on information. Our proposed idea is the present front line answers for information sharing among cloud specialist. Information surveying, versatility and access control while imparting medicinal services information to substances, for example, research and therapeutic foundations with insignificant hazard to information security can be accomplished by actualizing our proposed idea.
