AbstractThe methods of disease remote diagnosis, including the use of diagnostic video information, are becoming more widespread with the development of telemedicine technologies. At the same time, in modern systems of telemedicine video diagnostics, special requirements are imposed on improving the accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and quality of the received video information.
