Abstract
In the modern world, special attention is paid to solving the problems of technosphere safety during the construction and operation of various facilities. The main goal is to minimize man-made human impact on the natural environment. The designed and built urban development facility is a complex technogenic system. And this system turns into a source of dangerous effects on humans and the external environment under certain circumstances. Buildings are the shell of a multifaceted production technology, which largely determines the degree of an object's impact on the environment in the event of natural and man-made accidents and catastrophes. Constructive solutions approved during planning and construction are designed to maintain a stable environmental situation. They should not allow the results of human economic activity to damage the environment.
