Abstract
The purpose of the study is to develop measures to improve the nursing staff management system in the State Enterprise on the REM «Regional Multidisciplinary Hospital». Results. The theoretical foundations of building a personnel management system were studied, the characteristics of the existing personnel management system were given, and measures were developed to improve the personnel management system. Conclusion. Formation of an effective personnel management system depends on the effectiveness of the personnel management service.
