Abstract
Objective – to improve the educational process in teaching discipline "Obstetrics and Gynecology" for students in the specialty «Medical Psychology» by introducing various methods of independent and individual work. Materials and methods. Comparison of the acquisition of the level of knowledge in the students of 4, 5 and 6 years in the specialty «Medical Psychology» who performed individual work (main group) and did not perform individual work (comparison group). Results. Independent work of the student in the clinical base involves the development of additional alternations under the direction of a teacher, a student in the specialty «Medical Psychology» does psychological tests. Individual work involves the formation of card-copies of medical history or childbirth, which are later used by students to write articles, abstracts, preparation of reports for speeches at conferences. Each individual work in obstetrics and gynecology contains elements of clinical psychology. The level of knowledge was determined during the final module control - the students of the main group received excellent and good grades, the groups of comparison are good and satisfactory. Conclusions. The peculiarity of independent and individual work of students in the specialty «Medical Psychology» in the study of the discipline «Obstetrics and Gynecology» is the application in practice of acquired knowledge of clinical psychology together with obstetrics and gynecology knowledge. Individual work contributes to the improvement of the learning process: the percentage of correct answers is 80 %, unlike the comparison group, where the correct answers range within 65 %.

ОСОБЛИВОСТІ САМОСТІЙНОЇ ТА ІНДИВІДУАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ СТУДЕНТІВ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОСТІ «МЕДИЧНА ПСИХОЛОГІЯ». Мета роботи – вдосконалити навчальний процес при викладанні дисципліни «Акушерство та гінекологія» для студентів зі спеціальності «Медична психологія» шляхом впровадження різноманітних методів самостійної та індивідуальної роботи Матеріал і методи. Проведено порівняння засвоєння рівня знань у студентів 4-го, 5-го та 6-го курсів спеціальності «Медична психологія», які виконували додатково, крім самостійної, індивідуальну роботу (основна група) та не виконували індивідуальної роботи (група порівняння). Особливістю самостійної та індивідуальної роботи студентів зі спеціальності «Медична психологія» при вивченні дисципліни «Акушерство та гінекологія» є паралельне застосування на практиці набутих знань із клінічної психології, акушерства та гінекології. Цель работы – усовершенствовать учебный процесс при преподавании дисциплины «Акушерство и гинекология» для студентов по специальности «Медицинская психология» путем внедрения различных методов самостоятельной и индивидуальной работы.
