Abstract

The essence of the crisis and crisis phenomena at enterprises and their causes are analyzed. The functions of anti-crisis management and the mechanism of anti-crisis management of the enterprise and methods of its selection are described. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the state of business in Ukraine under martial law is described. The impact of the war on business was analyzed and certain threats to the functioning of business caused by the conduct of hostilities were singled out. Recommendations for the management of the enterprise with the aim of preserving the business and competitiveness of the enterprise in the conditions of war are offered. The expediency of using new approaches in the management of enterprises in the current business conditions is substantiated. The main aspects of changing managerial approaches to business and innovation management under martial law conditions are described. The application of a number of anti-crisis business management strategies is proposed, taking into account the modern conditions of its implementation in Ukraine.
