Abstract
Internationalization is the process of commercial expansion of a business to other countries, increasing its visibility and sustainable growth. In order to analyze the viability of internationalizing a startup, this case study presents the use of a systematic framework, encompassing analysis of opportunities and partners, market research, planning through a flight plan, cost structuring, pricing definition, and takeoff for execution of the proposal. It is understood that, for startups, internationalization is not only a path to growth, but also a boost for innovation and competitiveness in the global business scenario. The results of the application of the framework highlight the potential for scalability and expansion of startups, and the need for careful planning that considers all the variables of this process.
