Abstract

This paper implements the compressed sensing theory into the inverse synthetic aperture radar imaging and the reconstruction under sparse sampling. The physical optics method based on quadratic discretization is employed to obtain backscattered fields with respected to multi-frequency and multi-azimuth angle scan. Due to the sparse characteristics in image domain, compressed sensing theory is utilized for reconstructing the 2D ISAR image under sparse sampling.
