Abstract

The present invention relates to a system for assessing a service quality of an education for technical business start-up, by composing factors into a hierarchical structure based around the method of FAHP, inputting the same to a triangular fuzzy number judgment matrix to calculate weighted value, thereby deriving and analyzing relative importance and priority of a factor. Also, the present invention includes: a user terminal; and a server. The user terminal transmits user information, and survey results (assessment data) to the server, and displays the importance and final priorities of the factors of service quality of education for technical business start-up. The server configures assessment factors of the service quality of education for technical business start-up, assessment criteria of relationship, and assessment criteria, while granting weighted values through problem structuralizing, inputting survey results, and single-digitizing. Also, by calculating the weighted value of the factors of the service quality of education for technical business start-up, the server derives the importance and final priority of the factors.
