Abstract

Purpose: The success of therapy for large orbital tumors depends on the completeness of surgical tumor excision. However, in each individual case, the relation between advantages of total resection and potential morbidity should be considered. The dimension and the precise MRI localization of the orbital tumors determine the surgical strategies in the treatment of these lesions.
