Abstract

Development of the flexible electronics, especially electronic skin, put forward new requirements for flexible substrates and sensing materials. Herein, using printing paper substrate and Bi2S3 microflowers, the high performance flexible laser detector is successfully fabricated. The laser detector has a flexible and fast response to 450, 532, 650 and 780 nm laser beams of different intensity. The flexible laser detector is able to measure as weak laser signal as 3.3 mW/cm2 at 450 nm. The mechanism of the photo response of laser detector based on Bi2S3 microflowers is discussed. Our work here opens up opportunities for the fabrication of flexible optoelectronic devices with quite high and stable spectral property.
