Abstract

To simultaneously possess the capability of reusability and non-destructive enrichment is very important for the SERS substrate in practical applications, but it is difficult to achieve the two capabilities simultaneously. In this work, an ordered micro-pillars array was prepared on the surface of organogel, analytes can be rapidly concentrated and enriched on the lubricating surface of the substrate, effectively avoiding the influence of “coffee ring” effect. At the same time, the pillar structures can effectively prevent the surface lubricating layer on substrate from being rapidly consumed, and it can be successfully used as a reusable supporting substrate in SERS detection, with the LOD of 5.1 × 10−12 M and 1.1 × 10−11 M for rhodamine 6G and crystal violet molecules.
