Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization, the cement concrete pavement is paved in a large area, and the permeable ground area is gradually reduced, which has brought many disadvantages to the ecological environment. In the face of the increasingly serious shortage of water resources and environmental problems, the application of ecological concrete is more in line with the requirements of ecological civilization construction, which is of great significance to improve the urban ecological environment and realize the recycling of water. The fabrication method of permeable concrete specimen based on CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction is the process of processing the scanning data to generate a three-dimensional model. These models can be used for testing, analysis, or visualization purposes. This method is also known as “3D scanning” (or “3D reconstruction”). In this paper, the fabrication method of permeable concrete specimens based on CT scanning and 3D reconstruction can prevent the splashing of mud in the process of vibration, and make the concrete away from the vibrating table when the table is cleaned under the guidance of the baffle, so as to reduce the workload of cleaning, ensure the normal use of the vibrating table, and extend the service life of the vibrating table.
