Abstract

Irritable behavior and angry outburst (DSM-5 Criterion E.1) can be features of alteration in arousal and reactivity in PTSD. We examined post-marketing individual safety reports(ISR) of externalizing behaviors(EB) and homicidal ideation(HI) in PTSD patients where sertraline, paroxetine, fluoxetine, or venlafaxine (SER_PAR_FLU_VEN) (US Department of Defense recommended pharmacotherapies for PTSD) were reported as primary suspect (PS).
