Abstract
GP practices that have been affected by recent funding changes to the GP contract will receive extra financial support, NHS England has said. The London office of NHS England said that a small number of practices across London that were most affected by the funding changes would receive additional financial support for 2014-15 and 2015-16. This support will be equal to the funding they would have received before the recent changes. A spokeswoman for NHS England said that the offer was specifically for London but that other area teams across the country would be making the same offer to practices that met the criteria.
