Abstract

乳腺癌转移抑制基因1 (BRMS1)可通过多种途径发挥抑制恶性肿瘤转移的作用,淋巴结转移和(或)远端血道转移患者BRMS1多呈低表达或失表达,且与这些恶性肿瘤预后密切相关[1-3].近年研究证实,乙酰肝素酶(HPA)表达水平与多种恶性肿瘤的侵袭、转移和预后密切相关,高水平表达者癌细胞侵袭潜能力强、易发生转移且预后差.本研究检测了慢性肝病肝组织、原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)组织及其癌旁组织中BRMS1和HPA表达水平并探讨其临床病理意义. 关键词:癌,肝细胞;基因,肿瘤抑制;肝素裂解酶;肝病,慢性
