Introduction: The present study aimed to perform a bibliometric analysis of neuroscience and noncommunicable diseases in the Scopus database between 2003 and 2023. Bibliometric analysis served as the main tool to analyze academic production.Methods: 867 papers were selected for the study based on English keywords ("neuroscience," "noncommunicable," and "diseases"). Results: The period from 2015 to 2023 accounted for 58% of the total publications, with 503 academic publications, which had the most significant influence on scientific production in terms of percentage increase. The United States accounted for 35.9% of the production. The most relevant publication sources, with n=10 each, were Neuromethods and Neuroscientist. Farooqui, A.A. obtained the most citations (105) in his four papers. Of the total number of papers, 21% were scientific articles, of which 32% pertained to medicine and 20% to neuroscience. Neuroscience and noncommunicable diseases have advanced significantly in terms of thematic variety, authorship, sources, and accessible resources.Conclusions: This bibliometric study provides a solid foundation for future research in the field of neuroscience and noncommunicable diseases, highlighting the importance of this area and its growth in the academic realm..

The objective of the work was to determine the research trends and carry out a bibliometric analysis of publications concerning the application of the computational intelligence method in the research area renewable energy sources optimization. In this study the Scopus database has been used as a data source. Articles and conference papers published in the years 2011–2017 were analysed. The research consists of two research tasks: bibliometric quantitative analysis and bibliometric thematic analysis of publications. On the basis of the analyses conducted, one can state that: In years 2011–2017, the number of scientific publications regarding RES optimisation, indexed in the Scopus database, increased by 340%. However, it does not mean that optimisation studies become prevailing, since the number of RES-related publications increased as well (by 199%). A percentage share of publications concerning RES optimisation, in relation to all publications dedicated to RES, grew in years 2011–2017 by 177%. The authors of the highest number of publications (in the set of articles and conference materials searched, for years 2011–2017) were researchers from the USA, China, India and Italy. The majority of the studies described in the publications set concerned optimisation of solar energy and wind energy systems, often hybrid systems. For optimisation by means of artificial intelligence computational methods, algorithms belonging to a group of Evolutionary Computations (mainly Genetic Algorithms) and Swarm Intelligence (especially PSO) were applied most frequently. Neural networks and fuzzy systems were applied three times less frequently. The authors suggest new optimisation algorithms combining several artificial intelligence methods.

Introduction. The relevance of leasing issues for Ukraine is due to the fact that its economic and social development is largely influenced by the amount of investment in the fixed assets of enterprises, which ensures their competitiveness, promotes the development of small and medium-sized businesses and the creation of new jobs. In this regard, it is necessary to provide a scientific and methodological basis that will become the ground for the spread of leasing and its development in Ukraine.. The purpose of the work is to conduct a quantitative bibliometric analysis of scientific publications on leasing based on the international scientific database Scopus from Elsevier. Methodology. To achieve the goal, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, logical generalization and comparison were applied, graphic and tabular methods were used to present the research results. The built-in toolkit of the Scopus international database from Elsevier was used to conduct the bibliometric analysis. The analysis was carried out on the basis of publications indexed in the Scopus database in the period from 1992 to 2022 for the query «leasing». To increase the accuracy of the search, the search results were limited to certain subject areas. In total, 1,325 publications were processed, among them 789 were scientific articles. Results. As a result of the conducted research, a growing trend of the spread of scientific research on leasing issues in the world with stabilization at a high level in recent years was revealed. The largest number of publications on leasing during the analyzed period was recorded in 2011 (91 publications) and in 2019 (79 publications). The geography of publications showed that researchers from the USA, China, the European Union, the russian federation, and Great Britain made the greatest contribution to the development of leasing issues. Their scientific research was financed mainly from the funds of state institutions. The analysis of the most cited publications in the field of operational and financial leasing revealed the emphasis of researchers on the marketing activities of enterprises and ensuring their competitiveness. The obtained results of the study make it possible to determine the actual problems of organizing, conducting and controlling activities in the field of leasing, taking into account temporal, geographical and subject dimensions.

Lifestyle-based preventive cardiology aims to combat the global burden of cardiovascular disease. There have been rapid advances in lifestyle and behavioural interventions aimed at preventing cardiovascular disease in individuals at high risk and in the general population. This study is the first bibliometric analysis of publications in the field of lifestyle-based preventive cardiology. Journal articles relating to lifestyle-based preventive cardiology published from 1996 to 2017 were retrieved from the Scopus database. The publications were limited to those in the English language. The data were indexed using bibliometric methodology and exported to Microsoft Excel for analysis. VOS viewer software was used to conduct co-occurrence and collaboration analysis between authors, institutions and countries. A total of 3300 publications were identified. The annual growth rate of publications increased globally during the study period. The USA made the highest contribution to global publications (1402) and total citation counts (68,540). Harvard Medical School was the most prolific institution and David Wood was the most prolific author in the field. The European Journal of Preventive Cardiology published the largest number of articles in this field. Obesity was the most common theme. The current growth trends predict a large increase in the number of global publications on lifestyle-based preventive cardiology. Further research could focus on smoking cessation, which at present is under-represented in lifestyle-based preventive cardiology output.

This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of research publications (Virkus et al. 2023) on the application of robotics in the hospitality and tourism industry (Sharma 2024). Robotics is transforming various industries, including tourism, where technologies such as service robots, social robots, intelligent robots, and mobile robots are increasingly adopted (Ladeira 2023). Publications from 2014 to 2023 were collected from the Scopus database and analyzed (Carè and Cumming 2024) based on several criteria, including document type, language, publication year, country of origin, authorship, affiliations, sources, citations, keywords, and research areas. VOSviewer was used to visualize research trends related to the application of robots in hospitality and tourism. An analysis of 110 documents revealed a consistent increase in publications over the past decade, with China leading in publication output, followed by the United Kingdom and the United States. The International Journal of Hospitality Management emerged as the most prolific journal in this field, and the University of Surrey, Guildford, was identified as the leading institution in terms of publication volume. Keyword analysis underscored the primary research areas associated with service robots in tourism. This bibliometric study highlights the expanding literature on robotics applications within the tourism sector and serves as a valuable resource for researchers and industry stakeholders seeking to understand the current state and trends in the field (Valeri and Albattat 2024).

Background: Increase in Non-communicable diseases in spite of many steps taken for prevention and control is challenge for all over world, these epidemiological transition leas to need of health care services at community level with quality health care services. Under Ayushman Bharat Programme transformation of existing health facilities in Health and Wellness center to deliver universal and free comprehensive primary health care. Delivering Non communicable disease health services is one of major component of HWCs.
 Objectives:.Study was conducted to conduct analysis of Publication on Non communicable disease and Ayushman Bharat Health and Wellness Center.
 Methodology: Retrospective observational study was conducted On 30.01.2021, the Pubmed was accessed to collect publication on Non communicable disease and Ayushman Bharat, Health and Wellness Centre. Bibliometric analysis was conducted with quantity indicators for measuring productivity and quality indicators for measurement of output. Structural indicator for measured inter linkage between authors, publication Information on PubMed was used for analysis with the help of R Studio.
 Results: The PubMed search filtered for annual scientific production including journal ,book , document etc from 1978 to 2021 are found total publication are 2377.Out of Total publication after analysing most relevant sources include PLOS One was found most relevant source around 91.In Correspondence Authors from various countries India is on 3rd number which is around 114 authors.
 Conclusion: There are many publications on this key words and most publication are published in recent 10 years. Indian contribution in this area in on 3rd no in all over world.

The development of technology affects guidance and counseling services. Various technologies are used to facilitate access to practical guidance and counseling services. The primary purpose of this article is to determine research trends on the topic of technology in guidance and counseling. The method used in this study is Bibliometric Analysis with the help of R Studio Bibliosiny software. Bibliometric analysis is carried out in three steps: 1) determining the objectives and research questions; 2) developing research design; and 3) analyzing results and interpretations. This Bibliometric analysis uses the Scopus database. The research findings show: 1) Performance analysis shows that the development of technology research in guidance and counseling during 1959-2025 has increased in terms of quantity with an Annual Growth Rate of 7.06% and Productivity per active year of publication of 30.03; 2) Kraut et al.’s publication in 1998 regarding the Internet paradox became the most influential publication. Then, the Journal of Substance Abuse Treatment became the most impactful journal on the topic of guidance and counseling technology; 3) The United States became the most productive country publishing articles related to technology in guidance and counseling. Naslud Ja is the most active author collaborating with other authors; 4) Over the past five years, the most widely studied topics are therapy, exercise, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and drug therapy. Overall, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the number of publications, research trends, and interest in guidance and counseling technology research. Researchers in the field of guidance and counseling who are interested in publishing their work in the Scopus database or Scopus-indexed journals can focus their research on keywords that have emerged over the past five years.

In this article, a bibliometric analysis is conducted by means of VOSviewer software to put forward the bibliometric view of academic works on political advertising in Web of Science and Scopus databases. In this direction, general data regarding the publications in the databases as well as citation, co-authorship, and bibliographic coupling maps of the publications are presented. In this way, the study aims to see the place of political advertising studies in other academic works. The data related to the publications were collected from Web of Science and Scopus databases on 31.07.2024. While the first political advertising publication indexed in Scopus was published in 1972; the first publication on the topic was published in Web of Science in 1976. Hence, whereas the analyses in relation to Scopus database cover the dates between 1972 and 31.07.2024; the analyses related to Web of Science database cover the dates between 1976 and 31.07.2024. There are 868 detected publications in total on the topic in Scopus, whereas there are 739 in Web of Science between those dates. Analyzes indicate that the data in both databases considerably put forward consistent results with each other.

Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) plays a pivotal role in enhancing trust and technology acceptance in artificial intelligence applications, drawing significant interest across diverse fields. Despite this growing attention, limited research has focused on the application of XAI in improving customer experience within electronic markets. Addressing this gap, the present study investigates the landscape of XAI research in electronic markets through a bibliometric analysis of scholarly publications from 2000 to 2024. Sources were systematically retrieved from major academic databases including Google Scholar, Scopus, and Crossref. The analysis reveals that research interest in this domain is recent, with the earliest relevant publications emerging in 2023 and increasing in the following year. The study examines the temporal distribution of publications, identifies leading journals, highlights the most cited works, and analyzes frequently used keywords. These findings reflect the nascent yet growing academic engagement with XAI in electronic commerce settings. The study concludes by offering recommendations for future research, emphasizing the need for deeper exploration of customer-centric applications of XAI and the development of transparent models tailored to the dynamics of digital marketplaces. Human respiratory infections caused by coronaviruses can range from mild to deadly. Although there are numerous studies on coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), few have been published on its Omicron variant. In order to remedy this deficiency, this study undertook a bibliometric analysis of the publishing patterns of studies on the Omicron variant and identified hotspots. Automated transportation, environmental protection, improved healthcare, innovation in banking, and smart homes are just a few areas where machine learning has found use in tackling complicated problems. The sophisticated Scopus database was queried for papers with the term “Omicron” in the title published between January 2020 and June 2022. Microsoft Excel 365, VOSviewer, Bibliometrix, and Biblioshiny from R were used for a statistical analysis of the publications. Over the study period, 1917 relevant publications were found in the Scopus database. Viruses was the most popular in publications for Omicron variant research, with 150 papers published, while Cell was the most cited source. The bibliometric analysis determined the most productive nations, with USA leading the list with the highest number of publications (344) and the highest level of international collaboration on the Omicron variant. This study highlights scientific advances and scholarly collaboration trends and serves as a model for demonstrating global trends in Omicron variant research. It can aid policymakers and medical researchers to fully grasp the current status of research on the Omicron variant. It also provides normative data on the Omicron variant for visualization, study, and application.

This paper is a bibliometric analysis of the utilization of exosomes in hydrogels for various applications, conducted by assessing the relevant documents in this evolving field of research. Since targeted drug delivery, cell communication, and tissue regeneration are of high importance in the field of biomedicine and medical sciences, incorporating exosomes can offer a valuable addition in such applications due to their high bioactivity and biocompatibility. Applications include ocular drug delivery, boosting optic nerve damage, and disease detection, such as cancer and diabetes. Exosome-based technologies have been of interest since the mid-2000s, with an increased momentum in recent years. In this study, data were exported from the Web of Science and Scopus databases and plotted in order to identify the research trends and publication impact in such an evolving area. The analysis reveals that among several countries, China has the greatest number of publications within the period of 2015 to 9th–11th of May 2025, with a contribution of approximately 76.21% and 61.92% based on the WOS and Scopus databases, respectively. Both publications and citation trends show a significant increase with time, reflecting the increased interest in this field. This study aims to provide an overview of the current impact of research on utilizing exosomes in hydrogel systems.

The article provides an overview of publications on relations between Russia and USA. The advantages of reviewing publications through the Scopus database are outlined, as well as aspects that need to be considered when compiling a search query within the selected research subject. The dynamics of the number of publications for 2016–2021, the main sources, authors, organizations funding sponsors and keywords were identified. It is determined that the greatest interest in the topic is manifested by the United States, Russia, and Great Britain. Apart from the countries of West, East and Central Africa, at least one article on relations between Russia and USA was published in almost all other states during the selected period. The results obtained proved the relevance of the study, since nothing was found in any of the indicators that would go beyond the scope of the study.

This paper presents the strategy of Diponegoro University to increase its research productivity towards the world-class university. Bibliometric indicators are employed to characterize the research activities of Diponegoro University, Indonesia with production in the period of 2014-2018 in publications that are indexed in the Scopus database. The number of documents and their comparison with other universities, and productive authors are of particular interest. The results reflect that the university documents improve significantly during the research time frame. In comparison with other top ten universities in Indonesia, for the last five years, Diponegoro University has achieved the fastest rate of publication (up to 471%). However, compared to other universities in neighboring countries, Diponegoro University is still left behind. In addition, it is shown that prolific authors contributing to documents in Scopus are uneven in terms of origin of faculty. Based on these results, a recommendation with respect to the research productivity is discussed in this paper.

The increasing diffusion of geographic information systems (GIS) in the domain of evacuation and disaster management, depicts the contributions and efforts of the countries in risk reduction. It has been witnessed in the last decade the global challenges and impacts caused by natural hazards and climate risk. One of these challenges is to evacuate the exposure community promptly and efficiently, these impacts either are predicted or non-predicted, which shows the lack of understanding of these hazards or mitigation tools and strategies for risk reduction. This study aims to explore the publications in the evacuation domain of multi-hazards using Geographic Information System (GIS) as a decision-making tool, as this domain was found only between 1996 and 2022. The researchers focused only on the Scopus database platform using the VOSviewer to apply the bibliometric analyses to understand the evolution and development of these domains. Different bibliometric analysis such as citation, co-authorship, co-occurrence, and co-citation were performed on different units of analysis. The outcome of the bibliometric analysis will support future researchers to build their road map and develop this domain based on a solid database of the current bibliometric analysis.

The article provides a bibliometric analysis of publications on the queries of "illegal import operations" and illegal export operations during 1984-2021. Emphasis was placed on Scopus as it is the largest bibliographic database in the world, representing over 21,000 international scientific publishing houses. The work is devoted to the study of the application of bibliographic analysis as a quantitative approach in assessing the documentary and informational workflow, which makes it possible to carry out a formalized analysis of the results of scientific activity quite accurately. The main results demonstrate an increase the topic interest of illegal export-import operations in different social and economic areas and in different countries. The analysis of publications proves the lack of a literature review on the topic with the keywords illegal import operations and illegal export operations. It has also been found that bibliometric analysis is an effective tool that can be used for literature reviews across all branches of the social and economic sciences. The results obtained in this study provide additional information on the development of the topic of illegal export-import operations, sources of publications, and their dynamics, as well as justification for the development of a literature review as an obligatory part of scientific articles on the topic under study.
