The detection and tracking technology of moving human body is a hot and difficult point in the research of computer vision technology. Most of the current human body tracking systems use PC as the basic framework, through the calculation and analysis of the video data obtained by the camera. Subconscious is the consciousness that exists in our mind, but we do not realize it. It can stimulate the potential of athletes through the cultivation of subconsciousness, so that athletes can achieve better results. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the training and training effect of subconsciousness in physical education teaching and training. This paper mainly introduces the overview of subconsciousness, the characteristics of subconsciousness, and the cultivation of subconsciousness in physical education training. In this paper, from the track and field major of our school, we selected 48 people whose physical fitness is basically the same, and the results of 400-meter and 800-meter races are similar. The 48 people were randomly divided into four groups: control group 1, control group 2, subconscious group 1, and subconscious group 2. Control group 1 and control group 2 were given traditional physical education for 3 months, while subconscious group 1 and subconscious group 2 were given auditory stimulation for 3 months. Three months later, the physical fitness test, 400-meter race results, and 800-meter race results of the two groups of students were compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that, after three months of physical education training, the results of B1 group and B2 group in 400 m race were 52.35 s and 51.98 s, respectively. The results of group B1 and group B2 were 1.6 s and 1.8 s faster than those of group A1 and group A2 in the 400 m race, and the scores were increased by 3.1% and 3.4%, respectively. The average scores of physical fitness test of the subconscious group and the control group were 79.39 and 69.85, respectively. The average score of the physical fitness test of the subconscious group was 9.5 points higher than that of the control group, and the score was increased by 9.54%. It is proved that the cultivation of subconsciousness in physical education teaching and training can stimulate students’ interest in sports teaching and training and stimulate students’ sports potential, so as to improve the effect of students’ sports teaching and training.

This chapter focusses on the Promoting Active Lifestyles (PAL) Project, a key aim of which was to help Physical Education (PE) trainees and teachers align their aspirations for young people to lead physically active lives with their practices in PE, within the broader context of a whole-school approach to health promotion. The Project involved the co-construction and implementation of PAL principles and paradoxes, considered to be associated with the promotion of active lifestyles among young people. All the PE trainees and teachers involved in the Project viewed the PAL principles positively and were able to implement some of them. They also found the PAL paradoxes interesting and perplexing and expressed a keen desire to address them. Many of the PE trainees and teachers described how their involvement in the Project led to transformative and enduring changes to their health-related philosophies and pedagogies and some reported being able to influence colleagues/peers’ health-related philosophies and pedagogies. The PAL Project resulted in closer alignment between PE teachers’ health-related philosophies and pedagogies which they believe led to them becoming more effective promoters of physical activity.

The rapid development of modern information technology has brought earth-shaking changes to our lives. The traditional field cannot stand alone, and the application of information technology is gradually introduced, which we call education informatization. Among the ranks of higher in the domestic, the weakest is physical education. There are still many practical training problems in the teaching of Taekwondo in traditional physical education, but these problems can be solved well after adapting to information technology. Therefore, this article proposes information technology. Research on the application of taekwondo teaching and training in college physical education. This article uses literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method to analyze the application of information technology in the teaching process, the application in the physical training process and the application in the field of physical training fatigue recovery, and analyzes the Taekwondo teachers and students Attitudes towards the application of information technology in Taekwondo teaching and training, and the influencing factors. Only 35% of teachers support the application of information technology, but 56% of students support it. This article hopes to promote the development of the application of Taekwondo teaching in college physical by summarizing the specific problems in college sports Taekwondo training, and then combining with information technology, to put forward some feasible suggestions.

The importance of information technology guiding the development of physical education is reflected in every field of physical education curriculum and teaching. However, due to China's late start in this field, the relevant literature is relatively confusion, lack of systematic arrangement and summary, which is not conducive to future research. The purpose of this study was to provide reference for further research in this field, and to lay a theoretical foundation for improving the level of physical education curriculum and teaching in our schools and the formation of students' good physical and mental health. In this scoping review study, we used the following keywords: “information technology”, AND “physical education curriculum” AND “physical education teaching” AND/OR “applications” for the literature search via the CNKI. Through the method of literature and content analysis, this paper mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of the application of information technology in physical education curriculum and teaching. At present, especially in rural areas, the construction of extracurricular exercise information platform in schools in China still has great limitations and imperfections. In addition, part of the physical exercise APP is not perfect, people in the physical exercise is easy to be misled, resulting in sports injury. China's physical education teaching management covers a lot of content, the lack of school talents, the implementation is relatively difficult. The integration of information technology and physical education teaching methods has been a hot topic since the 1980s today. However, schools in China have not shown good results in the implementation, and teachers' teaching ideas, teaching creativity and professional knowledge are the main restraining factors. The mainly factors that affect the construction of online physical education curriculum and teaching resources in China include low utilization rate of the platform, weak computer ability of teachers, weak innovation ability, backward thinking, and unclear objectives of the platform construction. The development of information technology accelerates the reform of physical education. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the nature and goal of physical education curriculum, and give full play to the role of information technology in curriculum construction and teaching under the guidance of advanced educational science theory. At the same time, the government, schools and society should coordinate efforts to address these problems.

The application of artificial intelligence virtual reality (VR) technology in fitness teaching and training is becoming increasingly widespread, and its significant advantages provide athletes with a more personalized, efficient and safe training experience. By simulating various fitness scenes, virtual reality technology enables athletes to train immersively, not only improving the fun of training, but also enhancing the training effect. At the same time, the introduction of artificial intelligence technology enables real-time monitoring and analysis of athlete performance during the training process, providing accurate data support for coaches and helping them develop more scientific training plans. This paper explores the application of virtual reality technology in physical education teaching and training, introduces the basic principles and characteristics of virtual reality and proposes several typical virtual reality application scenarios for the needs of physical education teaching and training. In football training, through virtual reality technology, athletes can conduct various technical and tactical exercises in simulated stadiums. At the same time, artificial intelligence systems can analyze the actions and decisions of athletes in real time, and provide feedback and suggestions. In track and field training, virtual reality technology can help athletes simulate competition scenes and improve their psychological adaptability during competitions. Through in-depth research, we have found that this technology provides athletes with a more personalized, efficient, and safe training experience. In football training, virtual reality technology can simulate real game scenes, allowing athletes to engage in various technical and tactical exercises in simulated sports stadiums. At the same time, artificial intelligence systems can analyze the actions and decisions of athletes in real time, provide accurate data support for coaches, and help them develop more targeted training plans.

Ever since the establishment of compulsory education in Sweden, competitive sports have had an important influence on the subject of physical education (PE) and Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE). In the latest curriculum of the subject of Physical Education, the name changed from Sports to Sport and Health indicating that health education should have a greater impact on the subject than before. Research and evaluation of the subject shows that activities related to competitive sports are the most frequent content during the lessons. It is also established by research that PE teacher educators share the value and norms of competitive sports, e.g. the necessity of using the body as a tool for success in sport. The teacher education students have a background in competitive sports and are also more interested in an education in sports than in a teacher education. PETE as well as the subject of PE is seen as conservative and reproductive. It is likely to believe that the connection to competitive sports is part of that conservatism. In order to develop PETE and really implement the aims of the curriculum it could be valuable to take the PE trainees' opinions of their future profession as a point of departure, supporting them in the tasks they find difficult and challenging them in the tasks they find easy. 25 PE trainees at a teacher education in Sweden were asked what tasks they find easy and what tasks they find difficult in the PE teacher profession? The answers were interpreted with the help of Bernstein's theory of the concepts of ‘classification' and ‘framing' and ‘educational transmission'. The PE trainees' view of the PE teacher profession can be described as: and distinct with motivated pupils, meaning that if the teacher is just and distinct the pupils will be motivated. They drew a picture of a teacher more like a referee in a sport game than a modern teacher. Can PETE challenge this picture and support the trainees' to build a PE teacher identity that is more in line with a skilled modern teacher. Can such an effort even be valuable for the leaders in competitive sports?

<p>With the development of the new curriculum reform, physical education teaching methods in junior middle schools have changed, but the traditional physical education teaching mode still occupies a dominant position, and the teaching mode is single and the content is tedious, which makes it difficult to arouse students’ interest. Outward bound training is a brand-new form of sports, which can greatly enhance students’ participation and train students’ collective consciousness, and is widely used in physical education. This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of outward bound training, tells the necessity of outward bound training in junior high school physical education, and briefly describes the specific application strategies of outward bound training in physical education.</p>

Information and communication technology (ICT) has become an important tool in the field of sports. Since the computer was introduced into physical education, the application of IET in physical education has become more and more common. The purpose of this study is to explore how modern information technology can be applied to physical education and training through computer exercises, simulations and games. Information and communication technology can be used to strengthen the teaching process, especially physical education. The use of information and communication technology can help teachers improve their knowledge, skills and content knowledge, and provide students with more opportunities for self-study. The use of modern information technology tools, such as interactive whiteboard (IWB), computerized exercise program and video recording system, has been introduced into physical education teaching and training at all levels from primary school to university.

Background: This paper examines physical education (PE) teachers' perceptions of talent in PE and sport within the context of English policy, where the process of identifying talent has been formalised and supported through specific resources (YST 2009). English policy has merged educational and sporting targets, which has resulted in a shift in foci away from educational objectives towards supporting elite development. Combining the aims of PE and sport contributes to longstanding debates over the nature and purpose of PE. Despite specific initiatives, there remains limited understanding of talent identification (ID) and as such, a danger for talent in PE and sport to be considered synonymous, resulting in a lack of clarity over the methods, purpose and focus of talent ID, and consequently notions of ability in PE. Purpose: In order to gain insight into the processes involved in talent ID in PE an electronic survey was conducted on PE departments' practices and perceptions within London boroughs. The survey aimed to establish a regional picture of respective practices as well as determining how PE teachers define talent in PE and sport. It also attempted to supplement related findings of the national survey on talent in PE (Bailey, Morley, and Dismore 2009). Method: Where an email address was available, an electronic survey link was sent to 400 state secondary schools across all London boroughs during the latter part of the summer term, 2008. A total of 84 (21%) responses were received. Data were collected using an electronic survey consisting of both quantitative and qualitative questions. Questions related to: Gifted and Talented (G&T) Policy; talent ID processes; staff training; and PE teachers' definitions of talent in PE and sport. Analyses of quantitative data were conducted using SPSS (version 15.0) and descriptive frequencies were obtained and reported. Open-ended responses were entered into N-Vivo (©Sage, version 7) and responses were coded into categories in order for themes to be identified. Results and discussion: Talent ID practices are compared to those reported in the national survey on talent development in PE. They reflect limited development in PE specific policy, training, awareness and use of available resources. PE teachers continue to predominantly utilise physical ability as a key indicator of talent; however, there is some indication that perceptions of talent are widening. The findings reveal inconsistencies in PE teachers' definitions of talent in PE and sport, where some are able to distinguish between the two whilst others are not. This is a concern for stakeholders and raises questions on the conceptual clarity of talent in PE. Conclusion: Defining talent in PE remains a contentious issue. The apparent merging of PE and sport, in policy and practice, reinforces the association of talent with physical performance which has re-catalysed debates on whether this is an appropriate way to conceptualise talent within PE. In working towards educational objectives, the PE profession should reflect on the purpose of current practice and consider who may benefit.

Educators are expected to only accept rules, whereas several cities develop regulations comprehensively, necessitating complex political decision-making. specified outcomes are attained by the application of specified teaching methods, curricula, educational materials, and assessment procedures. The present state of university extracurricular sports is characterized by inefficient use of space and resources, a lack of technical movement knowledge among students, and an inappropriate form of administration for these activities. The many ways in which students move are well-suited to conventional methods of administration. The gulf between them will become more and more obvious. Admins at colleges and universities are careless and uninformed when it comes to overseeing extracurricular sports. Students retain more of what they learn about sports in the classroom if they participate in extracurricular athletic activities and maintain a regular exercise routine. As data-driven sports training and sports decision-making has grown in popularity in developed countries, the wireless network has emerged as a primary tool for elevating the level of competition in sports. With a new level of scientific and technological innovation, modern education has begun to combine science and technology. Information technology has been integrated into all aspects of education. Physical education (PE) has deepened the application of mobile information technology. In the context of PE, sports measurement equipment integrated with mobile information technology not only enables more precise measurements but also, from a biomechanical perspective, allows for a better understanding of the forces and movements involved in various physical activities. For example, wearable sensors can collect data on joint angles, muscle contractions, and movement patterns, which are crucial biomechanical parameters. This data can be analyzed to optimize training programs and correct movement techniques to prevent injuries and enhance performance. However, the opportunities provided by mobile information technology (which can be simplified into MIT for easy description later) also have a profound impact on PE teaching mode and method and pose new challenges to schools, teachers, students, and other related fields. Therefore, based on the research of MIT in PE training, aiming at the existing problems, this paper combined MIT to optimize and innovate, and discussed the PE teaching application of MIT, to promote the high-quality development of training. The combination of MIT and biomechanical analysis has led to an improvement in teaching quality and training effectiveness. The teaching quality and training effect of PE innovation training was better than the original training mode, and the teaching quality of PE innovation training was 8% higher than the original one. The training quality was 11% higher than the original one. This is attributed to the fact that the integration of human-computer interaction and the Internet of Things, along with biomechanical insights, facilitates more efficient movement training and seamless information transmission within the teaching process.

Therefore, physical education teaching in colleges and universities should take the initiative to seize the opportunity, adapt to social needs, change traditional teaching concepts, introduce modern teaching methods into physical education teaching, enrich physical education teaching content, stimulate students’ interest in sports knowledge and sports technology learning, broaden knowledge horizons, improve teaching quality, and promote the development of physical education. The traditional teaching mode restricts the development of physical education (PE) in many aspects, and one of the important contents of modern teaching methods is to master and use modern teaching equipment and means. Therefore, it is necessary to timely change the educational thought, update the educational concept, and actively explore and research new teaching methods that are suitable for the educational concept of the times, to ensure the adaptability, scientificity, and creativity of teaching methods. Based on the above background, the research content of this paper is the application of multimedia CAI technology in PE teaching. Using the methods of document interviews, analysis and induction, and online retrieval, on the basis of reading a large number of professional theoretical books on physical education, multimedia technology, and modern teaching and reform, the application of multimedia technology in physical education teaching in colleges and universities is analyzed. The application is researched at the theoretical level. This paper takes PE college 2019 students as the simulation object. The results show that the pass rate of professional English after the experiment is 15.33% higher than that before the experiment.

With the continuous development of society and the rapid development of science and technology, virtual reality technology is also developing rapidly. It has been widely used in all walks of life and is playing an irreplaceable role. Modern education has also begun to integrate with science. Sports are also constantly deepening the application of information technology. In order to make students have a new understanding of college physical education and sports training and improve the technical level and training quality of college sports athletes, this paper studies the application of virtual reality technology in physical education and sports training. In this paper, the semisupervised framework is used to implement motion input and interactive virtual scene algorithms. First, based on Q statistics, virtual simulation and differential selection algorithms are used to select athletic students with strong autonomous learning ability and then use the classifier’s neighbor confidence. The formula selects the student with the highest learning level and marks it. Experimental results show that this method can effectively assist physical education activities and improve students’ learning efficiency. Students’ efficiency in sports has increased by 30%. At the same time, 2/3 of people believe that their interest in sports training has increased 80% and another 90% of college coaches believe that the use of virtual reality technology in physical education is very necessary, which can improve the technical level and training quality of college sports athletes and contribute to the reserve of Chinese competitive sports talents.
