Abstract

Twenty five patients of carcinoma larynx and laryngopharynx were studied for exfoliative and fine needle aspiration Cytology (FNAC) and results were compared with Histopathological examination. The positive results obtained in exfoliative and FNAC were 64% and 80% respectively, the combined results (88%), were comparable with histopathology.
