Abstract
Every Man's University was organised in 1976 with the following objectives: — To provide access to higher education at home to all those unable to study within existing educational frameworks, without disrupting their normal occupations. — To assist elementary and junior high school teachers to study towards an academic degree. — To provide those who left their studies at an early age with a second chance to acquire higher education. — To help raise the general educational level of the population.
