Introduction

Anthropogenic human activity contributes to the inclusion of zinc compounds in the biological cycle in areas where there is pollution with this metal. Цель исследования: изучение структурных и функциональных изменений в коре больших полушарий головного мозга крыс-самцов линии Wistar при введении сукцината цинка. Исследование флуоресценции моторной коры головного мозга Процедура осуществлялась на 31-й день эксперимента. Для обнаружения сигналов флуоресценции использовано возбуждение при 365 и 450 нм, что соответствует длинам волн возбуждения восстановленной формы никотинамидадениндинуклеотида (NADH) и флавинадениндинуклеотида (FAD).
