The birth rate (fertility) is one of the factors that influences the increase in population. Banten Province has 8 districts and cities with different fertility rates. One of the fertility indicators presented in the Long Form SP2020 data is Birth Rate data by Age Group / Age Specific Fertility Rate (ASFR). The aim of this research is to determine the earliest, latest reproductive age and the age of women who have the highest fertility rates in each district and city in Banten Province. The skewness (measure of slope) and kurtosis (measure of sharpness) values of the continuous curve formed will also be studied. ASFR data presented by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) is discrete data. Fertility rates will be approached using the MBF (Modified Beta Function) continuous fertility model. In this research, information was obtained that the earliest reproductive age in Banten Province was 15.64 years. This happened to women in Lebak Regency. Meanwhile, the latest reproductive age in Banten Province is 49.85 years. This happened to women in Pandeglang Regency. It can also be seen that the highest peak fertility rate for the population of Banten Province occurred in women aged 27.54 years in the Cilegon City area, with a peak fertility value of 0.13055. Apart from being based on calculations, this is in accordance with the curve visualization carried out using Mathematica software. The highest skewness value occurs in the continuous fertility curve for the Lebak Regency area. This means that Lebak Regency has the most left-leaning curve. All continuous fertility curves in districts and cities in Banten Province have a platykurtic distribution (flat curve) because the kurtosis value is smaller than 0.263

Traffic jams are a common sight that can be seen in almost all major cities in Indonesia. One of them is in Rangkasbitung City, Lebak Regency. This happens because the number of vehicles continues to increase. The traffic light control system implemented in Indonesia is a static preset time because the time of each phase is predetermined. This type of control system is still not effective in overcoming traffic congestion, especially at certain peak traffic jams. By using the Mamdani fuzzy logic system, it is possible to implement the human mindset into a system. Some rules can be set out in the fuzzy logic controller. The purpose of this study is to design a traffic light control system using fuzzy inference that regulates traffic based on its density. The data used are observations made at the research site. The conclusion of this study is to explain that the fuzzy mamdani method can solve existing problems in traffic congestion in Rangkasbitung City, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. Drought is a natural phenomenon that is one of the most frequent natural disasters in Indonesia. Significantly reduced water availability characterizes drought over a period occurring over a large area. Thus, drought occurs due to the deviation of weather conditions, that is lower rainfall than normal conditions that occur in a region. Lebak Regency is a dry area that has average monthly or annual rainfall below normal and most agricultural activities on dry land. The research objective is to analyze the drought and plant species in Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The method of analysis used in this study is spatial analysis (spatial analysis) and statistical analysis (Chi-Square). The results found, e.g. (1) The high drought areas concentrated in the northeast and southwest regions that are far from the center of Lebak Regency. (2) The types of crops are dominated by plantations, especially outside the Capital Region of the Regency. (3) The relationship between drought and crop type is insignificant at the real level of 0.05, which means that in high drought areas it is not always planted with certain types of crops. This research concluded that drought in Lebak Regency concentrated in the northern and southern part outside the capital city and the agriculture type dominated with the plantation.

It is not easy to build understanding of poverty because it involves various dimensions. Understanding poverty is very diverse, ranging from the inability to meet basic consumption needs and improve conditions to a broader understanding that includes social and moral components. According to Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 131 Year 2015 concerning Determination of Underdeveloped Regions in 2015 - 2019. Pandeglang Regency and Lebak Regency are included in the category of disadvantaged areas. Pandeglang Regency has a poverty rate of 9.74 percent, followed by Lebak Regency 8.64 percent, Tangerang Regency 5.39 percent, Serang Regency 4.63 percent, Tangerang City 4.95 percent, Cilegon City 3.52 percent, Serang City 5, 57 percent, and South Tangerang City 1.76 percent. For the Solidarity Line in Pandeglang District the latest data is in the range of 267,752 rupiah / capita / month, the sixth lowest after Lebak Regency (246,389) and Serang Regency (256,660). This research was conducted to analyze the causal factors and explore the potential for poverty alleviation in Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. In this study using quantitative methods and supported by qualitative. Quantitative methods have the advantage of validating natural science: explicit, standardized procedures; precise numerical measurement; and replication. (Neuman, 2006). While the qualitative approach used as a support is a process of research and understanding based on a methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and human problems in which this approach, the researcher makes a complex picture, examines words, detailed reports from the viewpoint of respondents and conducts studies on situations which is natural (Creswell 1998). Research Results Show that the regional gap index represented by the Gini Ratio in Pandeglang District obtained an average Gini Ratio of 0.20 which can be categorized as Low Inequality, below the 2017 Province Gini Ratio in Banten which is 0.380 and the National Gini Ratio of 0.320. With Low Inequality indicates that most households have income that does not differ greatly from one another. However, other data obtained from observations and data collection in the field, critical area 1 is much lower Gini Rationya (0.15) compared to critical area 3 represented by Karangtanjung District (0.32). This means that in Sobang District the income gap between communities is relatively lower than in Karangtanjung District. Furthermore, a concerted effort is needed so that the gap does not get worse so that it triggers social jealousy among the community. The factors causing poverty gap in Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province are: a) Low Level of Education; b) Community life patterns; c) Skill limitations; d) Low population mobility; e) Number of family dependents. Keywords : Potential, Poverty Alleviation.
