Abstract
This paper is derived from the author's doctoral dissertation. In this work, for evaluation of measurement uncertainty for conducted emission measurements, we propose a new model which uses mixed distribution. Evaluation of probability density function (PDF) for the measurand has been done using a Monte Carlo method and a modified least-squares method (combined method). For illustration, the combined method is applied in three cases for two independent input quantities.
