Abstract

Abstract Software reliability refers to the ability of software not to cause system failure under specified conditions and within the specified time. With the increasing demand for equipment systems for software systems, the software system has become an important part of determining the success or failure of combat force system missions. The reliability assessment of the software system is becoming more and more important. Aiming at the problem of software reliability evaluation, this paper discusses the choice of reliability evaluation model. The model parameters are determined. On this basis, according to the selected reliability evaluation model, the model parameters are estimated through the collected data. Finally, the reliability evaluation analysis is carried out.
