Abstract

In Eq. 1 of Ref. 1, the factor n should not enter into the formula, which is now written as: ksp = k + m · 2 /l , 1 where ksp is the wavevector of an SP mode on either the air or the glass side, k is the wavevector of the incident light parallel to the grating surface, m is the diffraction order 1,2,3... , and l is the grating period. However, the subsequent results are not affected. S. H. Lim and E. T. Yu, Appl. Phys. Lett. 95, 161107 2009 .
