Highlights

  • We denote by ΣðjÞ the j × j matrix obtained from Σ by deleting the rows and columns ðj þ 1Þ; ...; l

  • In order to compute the residues, we may temporarily assume that the imaginary parts of all internal masses are large and strongly ordered

  • The quantities ΔðiÞ are computed with a chosen strong ordering of the imaginary parts of the internal masses

Summary

Introduction

The correct procedure to compute the representation in terms of local residues follows [1]: We specify a set of integration variables by σ ∈ CΓ and an order in which the integrations are performed by π ∈ Sl. J1⁄41 with Σij ∈ f−1; 0; 1g and qi depending only on the external momenta. This defines the l × l-signature matrix Σ. We denote by ΣðjÞ the j × j matrix obtained from Σ by deleting the rows and columns ðj þ 1Þ; ...; l.
