Abstract

Under special environment, the ergonomic reliability of human machine interface (HMI) was evaluated by improving the standard plant analysis risk-human reliability analysis (SPAR-H) method. In our improvement process, the ergonomic reliability evaluation method of nucleic acid extractors is improved according to the basic idea of SPAR-H, the secondary index of Performance Shaping Factors (PSFs) is constructed, and a new PSFs system is proposed. Secondly, subjective weight and objective weight are obtained by combining grey correlation analysis (GRA) and introducing the Gini coefficient modification method. Then the new PSFs multiplier was modified by combining subjective and objective weights, and the ergonomic reliability was evaluated based on SPAR-H. Eventually, according to the statistical verification of man-machine reliability experiment results, the proposed method is verified by statistics.
