Abstract

Exome sequencing (ES) is becoming increasingly important for the diagnosis of rare genetic disorders. Patients and clinicians face several barriers when attempting to obtain ES. This study is aimed to describe factors associated with a longer time interval between provider recommendation of testing and sample collection for ES.
