Abstract

Women with pathogenic/likely pathogenic (P/LP) variants in inherited breast cancer genes are more likely to develop breast cancer in their lifetime. We sought to explore and compare clinical and family history characteristics among women with a breast cancer diagnosis and a confirmed P/LP variant in BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, CHEK2, or ATM.
