Abstract
Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) pertains to the possession of organizational-level entrepreneurship, which can stimulate the success of entrepreneurial firms. This study is aimed at exploring how EO influences the project sustainability and business success of large Thai firms in the property industry. A quantitative study is undertaken to study these relationships, with statistical analysis carried out through multiple regression. Questionnaires were devised to collect data from project management practitioners through purposive sampling, with 367 completed valid responses being returned for the analysis. The results show that EO has a significant positive effect on project sustainability. The findings also indicate that EO is the critical factor affecting the business success or failure of large Thai property firms. Thus, the study contributes to the literature by uncovering the importance of EO for project management practitioners in enhancing project sustainability and business success in this industry.
