Abstract

The overall industrial sector is amenable to undergo a fundamental and essential change alike to the industrial revolution. Online Monitoring solutions of environmental polluting parameter using Internet Of Things (IoT) techniques help us to gather the parameter values such as pH, temperature, humidity and concentration of carbon monoxide gas, etc. The sensors can be used to monitor the environmental pollution caused by the industries. This paper introduces a LabVIEW based online pollution monitoring of industries. This paper proposes the use of an ESPWROOM32 Wi-Fi inbuilt MCU board which collects the temperature and humidity parameter from the DHT -11 sensor, carbon monoxide concentration using MQ-7 and update it into the online database. Environmental monitoring system are widely applied in the industries. One of the greatest challenges is to control the pollution caused by the industries. The main objective of this project is to design a IoT LabVIEW based industrial environmental parameters to monitor the environmental parameters. The proposed design is to model a system to monitor the environmental parameters through globally and locally. This paper introduce a LabVIEW based program for monitoring thus the observed environmental parameters can be monitored. This paper proposed to use ESPWROOM 32, an in build Wi-Fi module which fetches the temperature and humidity parameter from DHT 11 sensor, measures air quality using MQ 135 sensor. The observed values or monitor using LabVIEW based program and updated to cloud data storage using IoT (MIT) analytics platform who is the values can be monitored online. To increase the reliability and flexibility an Android application using MIT App is also developed.
