Abstract
We report a reoperation case of a ruptured infectious aortic arch pseudoaneurysm, which was stabilized with thoracic endovascular aortic repair and snorkel bypass of the innominate artery (IA) and the left common carotid artery (LCCA). A 57-year-old Chinese woman with multiple comorbidities and previous open repair for Stanford type A aortic dissection 5years ago presented with a ruptured 10.7cm×7.3cm aortic arch pseudoaneurysm involving the origins of the LCCA and the left subclavian artery. The patient underwent emergent endovascular aortic repair with placement of a stent graft in both IA and left carotid artery coursing parallel to the aortic arch endograft.
