Abstract
Laryngeal cancer takes the leading position among malignant tumors of head and neck. Currently, endolaryngeal laser resection is the leading treatment option for localized processes (T1-T2). In the period from December 2014 to January 2016 such surgeries were performed in 76 patients in our clinic. Carcinoma in situ was detected in 19 (25 %), T1a in 27 (35 %), T1b in 24 (31 %), T2 in 6 (8 %) patients. As result of the planned histological examination, in all cases surgical procedures had microscopically radical character. Endolaryngeal CO2 -laser resections allow to perform enough large radical surgical interventions with satisfactory functional and cosmetic results, without compromising long-term outcomes.

С учетом вышеизложенного можно утверждать, что эндоларингеальные лазерные резекции (ЭЛР) являются методом выбора при лечении местно-распространенного (T1—T2) рака складочного отдела гортани и позволяют получить лучшие функциональные результаты по сравнению с классическими открытыми методиками, не ухудшая при этом непосредственные и отдаленные результаты лечения
Summary
Первые работы об успешных результатах эндоларингеального хирургического лечения рака гортани под оптическим увеличением (микроскоп) и с использованием специального освещения и монополярной коагуляции были представлены O. M. Strong [4] в начале 1970-х годов первым успешно применил CO2-лазер при лечении локализованного рака гортани. [8] в Европе доказали безопасность и эффективность данной методики при лечении локализованных форм рака гортани, способствовали ее популяризации.
