Abstract

Examines Wellcome′s education liaison policy and practice. Argues that the potential of such activity for employee development is illustrative of an attribute of a genuine education business partnership. Outlines projects which have contributed to employee development, feedback received and the self‐evaluation process which is now part of education liaison activity.
