Obviously, the aspect of understanding the level of influence of emotional intelligence on sustainable development trends as a leading vector is important. The article confirms the obvious role of emotional intelligence in the processes of production and reproduction in economic systems, where the formation of human and intellectual capital becomes a key determinant topic. The work also uses private indicators reflecting the qualitative level of emotional intelligence, a methodology for quantifying indicators of qualitative assessment of the level of emotional intelligence of management personnel is proposed.
