Abstract
This is a case of an emergent open repair of a type III thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm performed for a symptomatic inflammatory aneurysm with impending rupture. Four-vessel visceral reconstruction, bilateral iliac bypasses, and intercostal reimplantation were performed. The patient did well and was discharged home on postoperative day 22.
