Abstract
髋关节是人体最主要的负重关节.髋臼骨折是一种严重而复杂的损伤,常伴有胸腹、骨盆、盆腔脏器的复合伤,1998～2003年我科共收治髋臼骨折56例,其中34例经手术复位内固定,随访1～5a,结果优良率占91.17%,现将护理体会报告如下。
