Abstract

A method of adjusting integrated-circuit resistors using linearized MOS devices as controllable shunts for fixed polysilicon resistors is presented. The scheme, which can compensate for a relatively wide range of process tolerances, offers a useful improvement in linearity compared with all transistor approaches and should prove serviceable in continuous-time filter applications.
