Abstract

Renormalized statistical theory of low-frequency hydrodynamic fluctuations in magnetized plasmas is applied for the general case of electromagnetic fluctuations. Stationary spectra of electromagnetic field thermal fluctuations are derived with regard to nonlinear interaction between potential and magnetic field excitations. The well known results of potential theories are recovered only in the limit of cold electrons or for plasmas with very low pressure. Substantial broadening of the convective cell potential spectrum and suppression of convective cell diffusion due to magnetic field fluctuations in the plasma of small but finite pressure are predicted.
